Tight hips, glutes and back pain... They all blend in together and are truly a pain in the BUTT. When you ache in one of these areas, the pain can start to travel, so it's best to manage/minimize/release the tension asap which will enable you to feel better sooner. Here are a few exercises/stretches that have helped me after a long day. Follow the stretches in the photos below, one after the other for a minimum of 30 -60 seconds, so long as they don't cause you any pain. Find a comfortable spot on the floor with a mat or towel and be sure to focus on your breath to fully relax into the moment to properly perform the stretches.
