Have you been thinking about incorporating booty bands into your work out routine? Well stop thinking about it and start doing it! I use Fit Booty Bands in almost all of my leg sessions, whether it's at the gym or from home.
If I'm training from home, they help add extra resistance to my exercises without having to physically hold more weight (ex dumbbells/barbells) and is also handy when travelling and you don't have gym access.
If I'm training at the gym, I use them as part of my warm up routine to ensure my glutes are properly awake and activated (yes our glutes can sleepy so doing activation exercises are important!). This way when I am warmed up and ready to add weights to my work out, I get so much more booty bang for my time in the gym.
