Who doesn't want to get results?

A lot of people don't set goals or ask themselves deep down what they're really trying to achieve from all the effort they're putting in and end up losing sight of their goals. Sure they may say they want to reach their goals, but if they really did, they would be planning. If you find yourself being in this rut, here is my number one tip to start getting the results you want: Plan SMART goals! 

Here it is simplified to the T:

S - specific
M - measurable
A - Attainable
R - Realistic
T - Timely

Can you break down your goal from the SMART formula? Does it make you think twice?

When you break down your goals, you see a clearer picture and they seem a lot more achievable which helps you stay motivated..
