I absolutely love helping women activate their glutes because not only does your backside look great when it's toned, but it's also one of the most important muscles to strengthen to prevent against back pain and numerous other hip/knee injuries. My goal is to help you learn the best exercises, understand how to do them correctly whether you're near or far and how and when to incorporate them into your ongoing training routines for maximal results!
