The beach is one of the best sporting facilities known to man and woman, and I’d like to think it’s been used as one for millions and millions of years. Humans have always loved being near the water, and nothing could be better than dipping into the sea after you’ve broken a sweat. Therefore the close you are to the beach after sweating, the more refreshing your experience will be.

There are many exercises that can be performed in a gym setting. Some exercise we can do by ourselves which gives relax to our mind, body and soul.
