Incidental exercise is awesome! WHY? Because it's functional in your everyday life, there's no negotiation about it, and almost anyone can do it. They just need to have the WILL!
What is incidental exercise?
Incidental exercise is a form of exercise that you do that is naturally incorporated into your life, which can be purposely performed or unplanned. For example, I bike to work inside of drive. That extra KM I use on my legs, unknowingly makes a huge difference in my life and keeps me healthy.

As you can see, incorporating exercise into your life is easy. You just have to WANT to do it. I can assure you by adding more incidental exercise into life, you'll feel better about your body, increase your mood, and your muscles will be happy because they'll be doing what they've been designed to
