I recently just got my own pole, less than a weeks time ago. I hadn't practiced pole in at least 9 months, so the minute I started playing on it, I knew I wasn't where I wanted to be or as strong as I used to be. However, I knew I would get my skills rolling up again with practice, just the way I progressed originally.
Yesterday I had the best pole session ever because I managed to get back up to the way I was when I first started to progress! I was able to hold handsprings and the brass monkey longer than I ever have! I was so stoked! Check out my photos below to see my accomplishments!
I didn't think in less than a week I was going to get my game back up again, but I so have, and I can't wait to get even better!
