1. Take a picture of yourself pinching a fat zone in your body that you want to change. Once you take the photo, you're automatically a participant!
2. Now that you've FOCUSED on what area(s) you want to work on, it's time to put your goals to work!
3. Adapt a NUTRIENT DENSE whole foods eating program.
In a nutshell, EAT REAL FOOD! Stop eating processed prepackaged food that comes from a factory and eat fruit and vegetables that grow naturally, and healthy animal produce that comes from ethical sources. High quality food will feed a high quality body!
4. Commit to a whole body RESISTANCE work out COMBINED with a cardio training program! Wonder why we won't just focus on the chosen pinched part? Because in order to lose fat in one specific region, you actually need to build muscle throughout your whole body and get your heart rate up. This is the way is works, there's no BUT's about it. Get out of your comfort zone and START sweating!
If you're new to the work out scene, I would strongly recommend hiring a PT to help you with your exercise prescription. The last thing you want to do is hurt yourself performing an exercise incorrectly, or WASTE your time, with the wrong type of exercises for your individual needs.
5. Drink at least 2L of water/day! Don't even think about juice, all the extra sugar is NOT doing you a favor.
6. SLEEP at least 7-8 hours/night.
7. 30 days later, pinch the same region that was initially pinched, take a picture. You will see the fat minimized in the hot spot you wanted to target! Don't be surprised if you find yourself LEANER on other parts of your body too!
8. Send your before & after photos to my e-mail or post them on the My Trainer Celinda page after 30 days to enter your chance of being the winner of this challenge!
What does any of this have to do with pinching your fat and how will it help you lose fat?
Simple. It's called focus and commitment. When you pinpoint what you want in life, you will do everything in your power to get it. Therefore, when we pinpoint or 'pinch' our fat, our brain goes into FOCUS mode, and we'll make the necessary changes to achieve our goal.
So much of weight and fat loss is psychology. We have the ability to lose the inches, we just need to focus and want it enough to achieve it. By taking a picture of yourself and see yourself slowly progress, you'll continue to stay motivated.
