  • Drink at least 2 waters/day - feeling further thirsty, have more!
  • Eat 6-7 cups of vegetables/day - NOT FRUITS!
  • Limit your fruit intake to 1/day (if you're sedentary) or 2/day (if you're active)
  • Eat fruit in season
  • Eat saturated fats from animals! (It's so important for brain function!)
  • Wear clothes that make you feel sexy
  • Avoid negative/unhealthy people from your life whenever possible
  • Train your body with resistance regularly (body weight, free weights)
  • Stretch, meditate, and reflect your accomplishments
