About Nutrition Coaching with Cherie
Our eating habits are impacted by the relationships we are in, our home and career environment and the emotional and mental state we are in. I get down to the root cause of the eating habits we’ve developed by assessing health and environmental factors beyond the food we eat. Having gone through an array of hormonal, skin and gut issues over time and been in a toxic relationship which took a toll on my health, I’ve developed a passion in educating women on the healing and nourishing power of food and also how our environment significantly impacts our mood, our focus, energy ultimately impacting the decisions and actions in our life. My passion and expertise is nutrition, career and lifestyle coaching and supporting women with their emotional and mental wellbeing so they can develop a compassionate relationship with themselves, actualise their skills and talents and live the life they want.
