BOOBS, POSTURE, TONED ARMS... they all go together!

If you haven’t noticed, boobs have similar qualities to bums. Some are round, big, small, saggy, perky, or whatever other term you’d like to refer to. Boobs, or shall I say, the breast, has the ability to change just like the buttocks.

Let me guess, you want me to tell you what pills I’ve been taking right? Or maybe there is some form of injection, or how about letting a surgeon cut me open to make some adjustments? NO WAY HOSAY! The beauty is within. And within those breasts of yours lies beautiful muscle tissue that is begging for attention. Are your arms feeling soft and jiggle like too? That’s a message coming from the breast signaling down to those arms trying to get your attention as the jiggles waves. It says “hello, please use me, I feel left out.” That’s why they keep jiggling, they’re trying to talk to you. Yes, the jiggle talks. Silently, though. Therefore, the solution is to work your chest muscles which also require your arm muscles to get some action, leading to FIRM results.  Tight and perky. BOOM! Magic! It’s what you’ve been waiting for and what you’re body’s been screaming for!

If you’re wondering what is the best way to say “hello” to your muscles that have been jiggling, it’s called EXERCISE!

Here are a few SACRED tips. WARNING: We can’t let every women know about our effective secret to nicer boobs (especially the ones that try to steal our men… feed them some cake muahahaha jk!), so we got to keep it on the d/l. This way you’re ahead of the game and you can stick out your chest more confidently. Let others ASSUME you’re just born with the best bust in town! ROAR!

OR, you could tell them: “You could look better too, if you got off your booty!” 

1. Push ups. It’s the golden exercise. If you’ve trained with me, you know allllllllllll about it. TECHNIQUE is everything though. Don’t be doing them wrong now! SEEK HELP and do it right! (Work your way up, start from your knees, to your toes, to your feet on a bench, ball, etc – keep climbing the ladder of success)!

2. Chest press and incline chest press exercises. They’re all good and the added resistance will get your metabolism cracking too! Don’t be scared of weights… they’ll do you more good then harm, trust me.

3. Yoga. A lot of yoga exercises require you to hold your body in a plank position for a while, back and forth, completing quite a variety and combo of exercises. Make sure you go to a class that suits your level. Enjoy the yoga trance while you escape into a world where your arms, chest, and core come out feeling tight and long.

4. Pectoral stretch. Elbows/arm against the wall, with one leg in front of the other, sticking out your chest, really exaggerating, with a “look at my boobs” kind of attitude.

5. Exercise your back. The more you bring those shoulder blades back, develop a strong back, the closer you will be to standing taller, creating the appearance, of ah, perky boobs.

6. Wear a sports bra. Do I need to elaborate on this, or is it not common sense when exercising? Also, I’d like to pretend that if I ALWAYS wear a push up style bra it, it will prevent my boobs from sagging. Ah, I don’t know now if this is true or worth sharing, haha, but if wearing it makes me feel better, hey why not ;)

Please note: It is completely normal for our boobs to sag as we age, appear not perky when we are curled up on the couch or when we are practicing slouch posture. Also, DO NOT compare your boobs to FAKE boobs. It is a waste of time and also a way to psychologically disturb yourself about what boobs are supposed to look like. We all are different and we need to be the best we can be, realistically.

Now get off your booty and show your boobies some love!
