THE BUM. A very important ‘part’ of the body that helps move our body in so many ways, as well as a ‘sexual’ part of the body that many people adore! There are all types of bums. Big, small, bubble, flat, saggy, weak, strong, steel, and we all have seen for ourselves many different ‘styles’ of bums when we walk down the street and look in front of us. EVERYONE checks out someone else’s butt. We just do it, it’s natural. It’s what we are meant to do. It’s who we are. Unfortunately, there are many people who are shamed and do not like their bum. Perhaps, these people who do not like their bum have self esteem issues, eat poorly (an ugly bum can be a side effect of poor nutrition – true story!), or have injuries which prevent them from physically using their bum.

Today’s message about liking the bum is dedicated to the many people out there who have the ability to move their legs, squeeze their booty’s, and can look in the mirror and complain about their bum.

1. When is the last time you did something nice for your bum? Have you complimented your bum for helping you do the groceries, the cleaning in the house, the *oulala* it helps you ‘get?’ It’s time to APPRECIATE your bum and say thank you. You should say thank you to your bum by squeezing it. Not pinch squeezing with your hands, but by clenching those two cheeks together in a sweaty work out session.  If you did that more often you would like your butt a lot more and your bum would show it’s APPRECIATION for the extra time you spend developing its beauty and strength, by getting you more *oulala* sessions, letting you walk, shop, run, be active, and REWARD your eyes when you look in the mirror!

2. When you are at the grocery store and you pick up the bagels, cupcakes, chocolates, etc – remind yourself about the bum potential you have. If you continue eating crap, your bum is going to continue growing and shaping like a piece of crap. Do you want that? Avoid junk, it makes you look and FEEL like crap. How do you think your bum feels eh? Do you think it wants to look like crap? Your bum wants compliments too, so start thinking about its feelings before you insert junk into your mouth.

3. Maybe you’ve tried to eat well, squeeze it a ton of times, and it still isn’t shaping the way you’d like? This is when you need to self-treat yourself with some compliments. YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CONVINCE YOURSELF TO BELIEVE ANYTHING! Therefore, do that. Since we all have different shapes and sizes of bums and bodies, we need to seek the beauty within. You need to be thankful for the bum you have because believe it or not, some people lose their bum. (True story. I know of someone that had to get their gluts removed from an accident… WOW). So hold on to your bum, love it, and make the best of it. If you tell yourself you have an ugly butt, everyone will think you have an ugly butt. Your self esteem towards your bum reflects off of you. So take away that negative energy, start believing in your bum and watch out because everyone is going to want to start smacking your delicious booty!

Now please, look in the mirror, take off your pants, turn your body and head around so you can see your bum reflection in the mirror, and SMILE.
